Printable Resources
New

Printable Resources is a new and growing collection of guides, worksheets, and visual supports for real learning moments.

The collection starts with flexible reading-comprehension resources you can use with almost any book, including supports for discussion, written responses, worksheet selection, and end-of-book reflection.

Each resource grew from hands-on experience supporting neurodivergent learners, with clear structure, practical scaffolds, and easy visual layouts designed to make learning more manageable.

Current and upcoming resources include:

  • Reading comprehension: Discussion guides, work samples, and end-of-book activities for almost any book
  • Visual math help: Step-by-step supports for understanding and solving word problems
  • Learning beyond the classroom: Field trip summaries, reflection pages, and real-world learning supports

Some resources are free with a Lesson Loft account, and others are paid PDF downloads. More subjects will be added over time.

Every Lesson Loft tool and resource is thoughtfully designed to give learners exactly the support they need: clear explanations, hands-on practice, and respectful support for the many different ways kids learn.

Why Lesson Loft works

Lesson Loft brings together kid-safe learning tools and printable resources that help students work through real assignments with less frustration. Our goal is to add clear structure, visual support, and practical scaffolds right where learners need them.

The design starts with neurodivergent learners in mind, including kids who benefit from reduced executive-function load, motor-planning support, predictable layouts, and step-by-step guidance.

  • Built around real learning work: Tools and resources support reading, writing, math, science, social studies, art, executive function, and learning beyond the classroom.
  • Support is built in: Many tools include a short Why this helps guide with tips, FAQs, and simple ways to use the tool with a learner.
  • Quick to open and use: Most tools work without signing in. Accounts unlock saved settings, libraries, and a few extras when families want them.
  • Kid-safe and ad-free: No ads, pop-ups, or noisy distractions competing with the learning task.
  • Low cognitive load: Plain language, consistent layouts, big tap targets, and visual models help learners focus on the skill instead of the interface.
  • Familiar across tools: Shared patterns make each new tool easier to understand, so kids do not have to relearn the controls every time.
  • Privacy-conscious by design: Minimal data, careful logging, and explicit opt-ins help keep the experience safe and trustworthy.

Why create an account

Accounts are optional, and the base account is free. Most tools work without signing in, but creating a free account gives your family a private place to save tool data, keep printable resources in My Library, and return to downloads whenever you need them.

Soon we'll introduce an optional paid membership with more robust supports—like multi-kid features, routines, and scheduling—so families who want extra structure can get it, while core Lesson Loft tools remain easy to access.

  • Save & sync your data: Keep your child’s spelling lists, timers, and other tool data in step across phones, tablets, and laptops.
  • Keep resources in My Library: Add free resources or purchase paid PDF downloads, then come back to My Library whenever you need to download them again.
  • Unlock opt-in tools: Tools marked with use extra features or saved data, so they live behind sign-in to stay organized and private.
  • Quick favorites: Star your most-used tools and they'll appear on the home page and in the menu, ready to open fast on any device.
  • Set your ZIP once: Weather and location-based tools open ready to go—no retyping each time.
  • Optional and private: Sign in only when you want saved features, resource access, or account-based extras. Lesson Loft stores minimal data, keeps everything ad-free, and makes saved features opt-in.
