Refund Policy

Overview

Lesson Loft sells low-cost digital learning resources, including downloadable PDF materials. Because these resources can be accessed and downloaded shortly after purchase, all sales are final once access has been delivered.

Please review the resource title, description, preview information, use notes, and any listed requirements before buying. Each listing is designed to explain what is included before purchase.

Digital downloads

We do not offer refunds for digital resources after purchase, including when:

  • The resource has been added to your Lesson Loft library
  • The file has been downloaded
  • You change your mind after purchase
  • You decide you no longer need the resource
  • You purchased the wrong resource after the listing, title, and description were available to review

Access problems

If you purchase a resource and cannot access it, please contact us at hello@lessonloft.app. We will make a good-faith effort to help restore access, confirm the purchase, or provide another way to access the resource.

If Lesson Loft cannot provide access to a purchased resource because of a technical problem on our side, we may issue a refund or another appropriate correction.

Duplicate charges or payment errors

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same resource, or that a payment was processed in error, please contact us at hello@lessonloft.app.

Please include the email address used for the purchase and the name of the resource. We will review duplicate charges, payment errors, and purchase-access mismatches case by case.

Required refunds

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation right, or other remedy that may be required by applicable law.
